Wickliffe Community Center

GUIDELINES FOR VISITORS

The City of Wickliffe Community Center is open Monday through Thursday from 5:00-9:00 pm.  Many programs and meetings are scheduled at the Center. Wickliffe adults (18-54) may purchase an annual membership pass at $10.00 to use the exercise room, pool room, library, and computers when the Community Center is open. Special programs and meetings may be scheduled that take precedence over casual use of the rooms.

During weekdays Monday through Friday, it serves as the Senior Center and visitors during those hours must be 55 years old and older. Senior Center membership for those residents 55 years and better is $5.00 per person.  Non-resident seniors pay $10.00 per year. Senior memberships include day and evening activities.

Memberships are only available for Wickliffe residents 18 and over. Wickliffe residents entry fee is $2.00 per visit if not a member. Guests (18 and over) of a Wickliffe member will be admitted at a charge of $2.00 each. Children under 18 will be allowed in the building when they are registered for a class or program.

Membership is not required to enroll in programs, classes, meetings, or special events.

RESERVING ROOMS
Rooms at the City of Wickliffe Community Center are available for rental to Wickliffe residents on Friday evenings after 5 pm and on Saturday and Sunday all day until 10 pm. The capacity per room is 48 persons, with an option of three connecting rooms for larger groups.  Requests for rates should be directed to our Rental Manager, Lornie Rotondo, at 440-373-5015.

The kitchen is available at a rate separate from the room rental.  The ovens and stove may be used only for warming of your fully cooked food. No kitchen equipment (including utensils) is provided.

Our alcohol-free facility is not available for any for-profit events or for any type of gambling event. A security deposit of $100 is required for all events. Any damage to the facility will be deducted from this deposit.

Trash cans and bags are in each room. We ask that you place your trash in the outside dumpster at the end of your event. Use of the exercise room, poolroom, craft room, library, or computers is not included in the rental of rooms at the Community Center. Click here for Community Center Rental Guidelines.

To make reservations for the meeting rooms or for more information on availability and rates, please call Lornie Rotondo at (440) 373-5015. Click here for rental rates and responsibilities.

Lunch/Banquet Room is available for rental and can include use of the kitchen. It can be sectioned into smaller rooms for smaller group functions. There is an extra fee for use of the warming kitchen.

Lunch room

Three community rooms are available for rental, either separately, or configured together to form one large room. There are small bar service sinks in a two of the three rooms.

Meeting Room

The front entrance of the Community/Senior Center features a portico for sheltered entry into the building. A large foyer area inside leads to the lunch/banquet room. The community rooms are on the north side of the building. A separate entrance is located closer to these rooms for the convenience of attendees.
