Recycling & Litter Prevention activities for the City are coordinated
by the City Programs Coordinator, who assists with the recycling activities
of the community and addresses litter prevention issues in the Wickliffe
community. If you see a litter problem, call the City Programs Coordinator
at (440) 943-7100 to report the violation. The property owner will be
notified and a follow-up with the Police Department will insure proper
correction of reported violations.
DROP-OFF RECYCLING PROGRAM
Items for
recycling include: metal and aluminum cans, plastic containers with
#1 or #2 type plastic (symbol on bottom of container), newspapers, magazines,
corrugated cardboard and chipboard, glass bottles and jars. Call (440)
943-7100 if you have any questions about what can be recycled at our
drop off site.

KEEP WICKLIFFE BEAUTIFUL
The Keep Wickliffe Beautiful Commission
is a volunteer affiliate board of Keep America Beautiful and
is comprised of 10 appointed members and a subcommittee of unlimited
number. These volunteers address environmental issues, including litter
prevention, recycling, and education.
The Keep Wickliffe Beautiful Commission hosts special activities and
educational programs throughout the year, including Arbor Day Celebration,
Community Clean-Ups, Clothing Collections, Special Recycling Collections,
a Memorial Rose Garden at Coulby
Park and their Annual Golf Outing. At the end of each year,
the Keep Wickliffe Beautiful Commission holds an Award Banquet to recognize
outstanding community volunteerism.
