New for 2020: Tabata and Hip Kick classes!

Come join us for a 30-minute intense interval training workout mixed with strength training that follows a simple format: 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. Tabata was developed by Japanese professor Izumi Tabata and is a clinically proven way to expend a lot of calories in a short time frame making it an efficient workout. When: Mondays from 7:00-7:30pm. First Session Dates: January 6th through February 24th. Cost: $6.00 per class or $30 per session. Please bring your own weights and a mat!

HIP KICK!

Come join us for a great cardiovascular class that combines basic kickboxing moves mixed with easy to follow hip hop dance for a fun energetic workout! When: Monday evenings from 6:00-6:45pm, Cost: $8 per person per class; $40 per session.
