AEROBICS Class Canceled for tonight!
AEROBICS – Instructed by Kathy Brown
A low-impact aerobics class which strengthens and tones muscles, reduces
body fat, reduces stress, and improves cardiovascular endurance. Bring water,
a mat, and weights.
Tuesdays 6-7 p.m.
Thursdays 6-7 p.m.
6-week sessions: $60 for 12 classes, $35 for 6 classes, $8 per drop-in class
Tuesday Sessions: current through August 17 (no class August 24 & 31)
September 7 through October 12
Thursday Sessions: September 9 through October 14
Begins: 6:00 PM
Ends: 7:00 PM
