Aerobics




A low-impact aerobics class which strengthens and tones muscles, reduces body fat, reduces stress, and improves cardiovascular endurance.  Bring water, a mat and weights.  Instructor:  Kathy Brown
One day a week – $35 per person. Two days a week – $60 per person.  $8 for drop-in (6-week session).

Tuesdays: 6:15 – 7:15 PM
Thursdays: 6:15 – 7:15 PM

6-week sessions (Tuesday):
October 22 – December 3 (no class November 26)
January 7 – February 11, 2020
