Aerobics




A low-impact aerobics class which strengthens and tones muscles, reduces body fat, reduces stress, and improves cardiovascular endurance.  Bring water, a mat and weights.  Instructor:  Kathy Brown
One day a week – $35 per person. Two days a week – $60 per person.  $8 for drop-in (6-week session).

Tuesdays: 6:15-7:15 PM
Thursdays: 6:15 – 7:125 PM

6-week sessions (Thursdays):

Tuesdays: January 7 through February 11, February 18 through March 24, March 31 through May 12 (no class April 7).
Thursdays: January 9 through February 13, February 20 through March 26, April 2 through May 14 (no class April 9).
