Aerobics – Instructed by Kathy Brown
A low-impact aerobics class which strengthens and tones muscles, reduces body fat, reduces stress, and improves cardiovascular endurance. Bring water, a mat, and weights.
Tuesdays 6-7 p.m. and Thursdays 6-7 p.m.
$60 for 12 classes, $35 for 6 classes, $8 for drop in (6-week sessions).
Weekly Tuesday and Thursday sessions returning to full sessions beginning April 6th 2021.
