BOOT CAMP is looking for you!

A 6 week class. This is a full body workout, emphasizes burning fat, building muscular and cardiovascular strength, flexibility and weight control. Heavy emphasis is placed on proper body movement, light weights and circuits.
Wednesdays from 6-6:50 pm. $40 per person.
