Boot Camp

NEW, six week class at the Community Center – “BOOT CAMP” is looking for you! Are you up for the challenge? This is a full body workout, emphasizes burning fat, building muscular and cardiovascular strength, flexibility and weight control. Heavy emphasis is placed on proper body movement, light weights and circuits. Offered by Hope Athletic Training Institute.

Wednesdays from 6-6:50 PM.
$40 per person.
