CHAIR YOGA CLASS
CHAIR YOGA CLASS – Instructed by Cassandra Shofar
This is a modified form of yoga on or around a chair. You will gently stretch and
strengthen with proper breathing. You will increase strength and flexibility which
will de-stress your life.
Wednesdays 5:30-6:15 p.m.
$40 for 6-week session, $9 per drop-in class
