SELF DEFENSE CLASS

This “hands on“ 2-hour class is designed to give tips and teach techniques to help anyone defend themselves. The techniques taught are from Brazilian Jujitsu, one of the most effective self-defense systems created. The class will be taught by Total Control Academy’s owner/head instructor Chris Oliver, who has been practicing BJJ for 7 years. The class is open to anyone age 12 and up.

Please register by May 31st with the Wickliffe Recreation Department at 23730 Ridge Road, Monday through Friday 8 am-4:30 pm. 

$10 per person
