Self Defense Workshop

This hands-on workshop is designed to give tips and teach techniques to help anyone defend themselves.  Techniques taught by Total Control Academy’s owner/head instructor Chris Oliver.  Ages 12 and older.  Wear t-shirt, shorts or sweat pants and tennis shoes.  Fee: $10

Saturday, October 20, from 2-4 PM.

Register with the Recreation Department by October 12.
