Tabata/Strength Come join us for a 30-minute intense interval training workout mixed with strength training that follows a simple format: 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. Tabata was developed by Japanese professor Izumi Tabata and is a clinically proven way to expend a lot of calories in a short time frame making it an efficient workout.
When: Mondays from 7:00-7:30pm.
Cost: $6.00 per class or $30 per session.
First Session Dates: January 6th through February 24th. further sessions TBD
Please bring your own weights and a mat!
