ZUMBA – Instructed by Lana Niebuhr (Mondays) and Dawn Urbis (Thursdays)
Fun aerobic fitness program featuring dance and exercise routines incorporating interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Get moving for your health! Great for all ages. Bring water bottle and towel and wear good exercise shoes.
$7 drop-in fee, $35 for one day per week 7-week session or $70 for both Monday and Thursday (two days per week) 7-week session
