ZUMBA – Instructed by Lana Niebuhr (Mondays)
Fun aerobic fitness program featuring dance and exercise routines incorporating
interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular
fitness. Get moving for your health! Great for all ages. Bring water bottle and towel and wear good exercise shoes.
$35 for one day per week 7-week session, $7 per drop-in class
Monday 6:15-7:00 p.m. sessions: current through August 23 (off August 30 & September 6)
September 13 through October 25 (Off November 1)
Begins: 6:15 PM
Ends: 7:00 PM
