ZUMBA – Instructed by Dawn Urbis (Thursdays)
Fun aerobic fitness program featuring dance and exercise routines incorporating interval training
alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Get moving for your
health! Great for all ages. Bring water bottle and towel and wear good exercise shoes.
$35 for one day per week 7-week session, $7 per drop-in class.
Thursday 7:30-8:15 p.m. sessions: March 10 through April 21 (no class April 28), May 5 through June 16 (no class June 23 and June 30),
July 7 through August 18 (no class August 25 and September 1).
