Aerobics

Aerobics – Instructed by Kathy Brown A low-impact aerobics class which strengthens and tones muscles, reduces body fat, reduces stress, and improves cardiovascular endurance. Bring water, a mat, and weights. Tuesdays 6-7 p.m. and Thursdays 6-7 p.m. $60 for 12 classes, $35 for 6 classes, $8 for drop in (6-week sessions).

Tuesdays: January 5 February 9, February 16 through March 23 (no class March 30), April 6 through May 11

Thursdays: January 7 through February 11, February 18 through March 25 (no class April 1), April 8 through May 13.
