Zumba – Tuesdays/Thursdays

ZUMBA – Instructed by Lana Niebuhr and Dawn Urbis (New Monday Night Class)

Fitness by Lana. Fun aerobic fitness program featuring dance and exercise routines incorporating interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Get moving for your health! Great for all ages. Bring water bottle and towel and wear good exercise shoes. $7 drop-in fee, $35 for one day, 7-week session or both Monday and Thursday for $70 per person two day, 7-week session.

Mondays  6-6:45pm : January 11 through March 8 (no class January 18 and February 15)

Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm: January 14 through February 25.
