Wickliffe City Pools & Spray Park

Pool passes may only be purchased in person at Coulby Aquatic Center during specific pre-season hours and with complete current resident information provided.

Residents: If you are a returning 2025 pass holder you need only bring your current keycard, current resident verification and make payment. 

Resident Verification: photo ID and a current utility bill, birth certificates, marriage license.  *Accepted bills include: any recent (within 90 days) utility or credit card statement delivered by first-class mail only.

If you no longer have your pass, a new one will be issued for a fee of $5.

Once verification is completed and payment is made, our pool staff will re-activate your keycard or issue you a new keycard.

New Residents: If you did not purchase a membership in 2025, we ask that you create an account online to expedite your pass purchase before you arrive. When you arrive, you will be asked to present birth certificates of children, current utility bill and driver’s license/photo ID. *Accepted bills include: any recent (within 90 days) utility or credit card statement delivered by first-class mail only. Spouse or partner will be asked to verify the same residency: ie: marriage license, driver’s license/photo ID and current utility bill and *Accepted bills include: any recent (within 90 days) utility or credit card statement delivered by first-class mail only.

Once required residency information has been verified, our pool staff will look up your new account, attach your picture(s) with your payment you will be issued a pool pass keycard(s) Residents must have a keycard to enter Coulby Aquatic Center, Jindra Pool or Orlando Spray Park. This small keycard will be scanned on every visit. Residents who do not purchase a season pass, will pay a guest fee each time and be required to show proof of residency at each visit. Seasonal Pool passes must be purchased each year. Note: Swimming lessons will be available for purchase online, as well as in person.

Individual Season Pass: $75 - Includes Orlando Spray Park

Family Season Pass: $145 - Includes Orlando Spray Park  A “residential family” shall include the adult head of household and his/her spouse or partner and the dependent children living in that household who are 20 years of age and under up to 6 members. *Families with more than 6 members must pay an additional $20 per member in family. In the absence of a marriage license, residency of each partner must be established. Proof of residency shall include a current driver’s license and a current (within 90 days) utility bill, as well as birth certificates for each child. Family members 21 & over must get an individual pass and prove residency. *Grandparents not included with family* Children 8 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult or sibling 16 years of age or older at all water facilities.

Senior* Season Pass: $30 - Includes Orlando Spray Park. *Wickliffe Senior age 55 & over Spray Park Only Pass: $30/Individual or family

Any active member of the armed forces of the United State of America who is currently serving at some military establishment outside of Lake or Geauga County and their immediate family (military personnel, their spouse, and minor children/stepchildren) is hereby granted the privilege of free admission to the City pools/water amenities when accompanied by an adult Wickliffe resident with a valid aquatic pass upon each visit to said facility. Active military personnel must provide their current military identification card at each visit to a Wickliffe water amenity. (Ord. 2024-35.)

Veterans (age sixty (60) and over) with prior military service and their spouse who are Wickliffe residents shall be entitled to a seasonal aquatic pass enabling admittance to the City’s pool facilities and spray park facility free of charge. A valid VA card must be presented in order to secure seasonal pass (and upon time of renewal each season), and issued passes must be presented at water amenities upon each visit. (Ordinance 2024-35). Lost Pass Replacement: $5 for each replacement.

Guests of Residents: Guests must be accompanied by Wickliffe resident at all times. Resident is responsible for their guest(s) during their visit. Everyone entering the facility at the Aquatic Center, Jindra Pool, and Orlando Spray Park must pay a fee. 

• Everyone entering the facility at the Aquatic Center and/or Jindra Pool must pay $8 each guest with a resident who has a pass, $8 for residents without a pass; must show proof of residency each visit, $2 each guest 2 & under.
• Everyone entering the facility at Orlando Spray Park must pay a fee. $3 each guest (regardless of age) with resident who has a pass, $1 for resident without a pass; must show proof of residency each visit.

 Hours for all city aquatic amenities are subject to change throughout the season. 

We reserve the right to close areas of pool at any time due to event rescheduling, staffing, attendance or safety concerns.
