Becoming a Member of the Senior Center

  • Anyone age 55 and over may become a member
  • Wickliffe resident: $10
  • Non-residents: $15 per year
  • Membership is required for daytime activities, classes and programs.
  • Facilities include: fitness room, craft room, exercise class rooms, large dining area, dance room, billiard room and more!

Wickliffe Is a Lake County Nutrition Site - Regular Hot Meals 

                 Lake County General Health District's  2024 "Clean Inspection" Award Recipient

 Wickliffe Lunch Place at Wickliffe Senior Center – 900 Worden Rd, Wickliffe. Monday through Friday Lunch is served at 11:30 am. Call Leslie or Dee at 440-373-5017 or email WickliffeNutrition@lccoa.org to make your reservation for lunch. Donation of $1.50 appreciated. Please call to reserve your spot, thank you.

Meals-on-Wheels are available to Lake County Seniors 60 and over who are handicapped or housebound through the Lake County Council on Aging. Sign up by dialing "2-1-1"; Monday through Sunday from 8:30 am to 5 pm or call Council on Aging at 440-205-8111 Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Designed to meet the transportation needs of residents 55 and over or residents with disabilities. A wheelchair lift is available. The bus operates on weekdays only.

For appointments, you are requested to make your reservations at least two days in advance. You must contact the Recreation Department before scheduling your appointments.

Wickliffe Public Library Homebound Services

Library material will be delivered to any Wickliffe resident who is unable to come into the library because of age, ill health or disability. The service can be on a temporary or permanent basis. All material formats can be included - CDs, paperbacks, large-print books etc.

Health & Human Services Assistance

By dialing 2-1-1 or local numbers 440-953-5465 or 800-654-5465, you are connected to a person with vast knowledge of the health and human resources available in our community. The information is free and confidential, 24 hours a day, every day. You can also visit the 211 Lake website. A Lake County collaboration of resources with United Way, the Lake County Commissioners and the Lake County ADAMHS Board.

Engraved Brick Sale

The Wickliffe Senior Program is selling engraved bricks that will be placed around the flagpole in front of the Community Center. The bricks are a thoughtful gift for relatives, friends and neighbors. Bricks are $35 each and can be engraved as desired, up to three lines, 15 characters per line. A letter of acknowledgement is sent to the recipient, informing them of your generosity. For more information, call the Wickliffe Recreation Department at 440-943-7120.
